I need an experienced programmer to develop a payment gateway for RS Forms Pro. The gateway will be a re-direct like the current Paypal one offered by RSJoomla that will take the amount to be charged, redirect to the payment gateway, process the payment and return the status to RSForms to save to database, and generate confirmation emails after a successful payment.

I've search the freelance sites only to find a lot of folks that say they have the experience, but end up not knowing much at all.

If anyone can help, I do have a budget for the project! Time is of the essence!
