I would to send a reminder of the reservation 2 days before the reservation and 1 after-sale email, 1 day after booking...

Is possible?

Is this a RSEvents Question?
If so RSEvents can send an email (you configure what is sent and how it looks) when the item is submitted, or:
Registration email
Activation email
Unsubscribe email
Denied subscription email
Invite email
Reminder email
Post Reminder email
Moderation email
Tag Moderation email
New event subscription notification email
Report email
Event approval email
