Greetings.

My organization has a free quarterly Seminar/Webinar. We need to track how many people are planning on attending, whether they are attending In-Person or via Webinar, and a few other details. I've used RSForm Pro to make the registration form, but previously we would get an email from RSFormPro with all the details we wanted, then another email from RSEventsPro with some of those details.

We updated RSFormPro recently and it has the ability to override the RSEventsPro emails, which is great, but now the customer who signs up gets two emails from RSFromPro, one from the RSEventsPro override, and one from the RSFormPro User Emails section. The Admin also gets two emails, one from the RSEventsPro override, and one from the RSFormPro Admin Emails section. We want the customer to get the Override email, but I can't find a way to turn off the RSFormPro User Email.

I am less concerned with the Admin portion, but it seems unprofessional to send two "Thank you" emails at the exact same time from the same system for a single subscription. How can I make this better?

The work-around I eventually came to was to send the "extra" emails to myself, with a subject that I could run a rule on to delete it as soon as it arrives. Seems to be working, even if it isn't the best solution.
