TOPIC: Multi-Column Headings

I looked, and I just can't find a way to create multi-column headings both main headings such as "Your Information" and also extra explanatory text such as:

"Your Information
Please complete the form below. All boxes marked with an * are required"

My form is two columns and the free text option just puts the text in one column.
