hey folks,

I have used RSForms Pro to set up a chunk of downloads where someone completes the form on the site and then the system will email them a form or template etc.
Is there a way I can get a digest report or some form of notification that there have been more signups with my forms?

You can include your email address in the Admin Emails section of the form. This will mean that whenever someone submits your form, you will receive an email. You can configure the body of the email to include any information from the form, as well as system information if you wish.

As far as a digest is concerned, you can use the submissions view Menu Item type, and configure the three HTML properties ('HTML Layout', 'Row Layout' and 'Details Layout') I have found that this is a very powerful feature of RSFormsPro. You can make this menu item part of a Hidden Menu that is only available to Registered users

Thanks, Miles, is there a way to do that for all forms in 1 table? I have a huge number of forms linked to downloads from my website.
