Hello

I need help creating a form with multiple admin recipients.

I have a drop-down menu on which on its function:

- Individual
- Professional

And depending on the choice, I want to send to different Admin recipients

email1(at)admin1.xx
email2(at)admin2.xx

Would you have an idea for me?
