I've created a basic Contact form using the wizard. Doing this automatically adds the GDPR Privacy Policy link at the bottom of the form. However, it's so far below my form it seems too disassociated. I'd like to move it up just before the Send button but it's not present in the Grid Layout ordering. It's just magically there. Is it impossible to place the Privacy Policy link where we'd like? And can we change the link text (without using a language variable override)?

Second, the Privacy Policy link has an asterisk, implying it's required to check the associated box next to the link before submitting. However, if you do not check the box and click the Send button, the form sends anyway. Checking the box is not required as implied by the asterisk. If there are no settings to control the Privacy link, how can I make checking the box required as it should be?
