I have being creating a complex form, and need a little help to polish of the last hurdle. I'm trying to figure out a combination of JavaScript and/or conditional fields.

I multiple drop-downs with many selections in each drop-down, however only one selection is allowed per drop-down (over 125 options in each drop-down). If you select a particular (in example below "selection bb" or "selection cc") item then a conditional field will appear. This conditional field will be a checkbox with one option "No". If you select "No" it will add $100 to the price of the field.

Dropdown Number 1
100 | selection aa
105 | selection bb [qual]
200 | selection cc [qual]

Dropdown Number 2
325 | selection za
275 | selection zb [qual]
250 | selection zc


[qual]= show conditional field

Qualification (name of conditional field that appears)
100 | No
