Hello,

I'm trying to set up a form where an Admin SMS is sent out whenever a user selects that this form submission is in an emergency. I have added the RSForm! Pro SMS plugin and have a clockwork API connected. Is there a script or some way in order to send out the SMS, ONLY when the user selects "Is this an emergency"? Otherwise, it will just send the message via email as normal. The dropdown for "Is this an Emergency" answers with only Yes or No, so I thought the below might work, but it isn't:

On the form for the emergency dropdown, I have added the following in the Items field:

email1@asph.com,email2@asph.com,email3@asph.com,dispatch@asph.com | No
phone#1@vtext.com,phone#2@vtext.com,phone#3@vtext.com,email1@asph.com,email2@asph.com,email3@asph.com,dispatch@asph.com | Yes

I have used the international code for the US of 1 then the number (example This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and they are all verizon members.

Perhaps I'm going about it all wrong, but is there a way to send the SMS only when the emergency dropdown is selected with YES?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
