Hi,

I have been using RSForm!Pro on a website for some time for people to fill in member applications.
Admin emails are setup to be received by 3 admin people after successful submission. 95% of the time at least, these admin emails work and are received but it appears that occasionally some admin emails are not being received at all and we have checked the junk mailbox.

Even if I go in the Manage Submission area and try and Resend Email. It does not send.

Any help would be appreciated as to why some emails are not being received and can't be resent.

Hello,

You should check your RSForm!Pro form, while editing it in the backend area > Properties > Admin Email > if the FROM address is the same as the mailer specified via Global Configuration mailer settings (some mailers don't allow sending an email on behalf of another account).

Also you can contact your mailer provider on this matter, as they can search through server's mail logs and provide you more information on why the emails are not being sent.

Ah thank you so much for your help. Yes that was the problem I needed to set the from for these emails to the same as that specified in the global config rather than the person submitting the form.

All works fine now and I can resend those emails which would not send.
