I have users upload up to ten images. These images are embedded in the admin email using quick add

{Photo 2:image}

What is the best way to limit their max width to certain like 640px or some such in the admin email? Right now they are huge in the email. This is strictly just me wanting it to look better in the email.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
