Could I use rsforms in order to create a simple 10 question quiz?

The quiz will be made available to registered users of my site, and only one submission per user should be allowed.

The questions will all be multiple choice style.

If the form is submitted with an incorrect answer i'd like to prompt the user to try again. They will only be allowed to submit the form when all of the answers are correct.

Would this be possible?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
