Hello,

I am not very skillful at programming, but I am very skillful at persisting until I make things work. I would like to create a Multipage form based on a checkbox selection. For example, the user will decide which pages he/she will need based on a checkbox selection.

Example there will be 5 check boxes on page 1, and each checkbox represent a form page that will show as the user checks them. Say, if the user checks 1, 3 and 5, only those pages in the multipage will be shown.

Could you point me in the right direction?
