Hello,

Normally field validations are done before the form is actually submitted. Having this occurring after submitting points to a different factor and it's possible you have a misconfiguration within one of your form's integration related tabs; for example such as mapping a wrong field while the integration expects an email address (while editing a form > Properties > usually last tabs from the left panel).

If this wasn't the case, you can also try accessing the form's direct frontend URL (while editing the form in the backend > top Preview button) and see if the same issue is encountered or not. If it's not, then there's something on your particular page causing this.

For further difficulties, submit a support ticket so we can investigate this.
