I am a 71-year-old neophyte who needs some basic guidelines. Can RSForm Pro create a Basic Sample Form that is specifically designed and ready to use with Acymailing? Just name and email address? If yes, can you send me a copy that I can upload?

There's no particular integration between RSForm!Pro and AcyMailing at this moment, the current integration plugins available for RSForm!Pro can be read in our online documentation:
