Can you explain where you need to insert this url: www.mywebsite.com/index.php?option=com_r...&myparameter=myvalue

In 'form properties/form info' scroll down to 'submission' and put your url in the return url field
If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, then you obviously don't understand the situation!
