I nead make a select DROPBOX FIELD IN FORM (folha-obra) WITH INFORMATION in FORM (clientes) 'Nome' and 'Morada' to pick the name of yhe client and populate the form (folha-obra) in fields 'Nome' 'Morada' .
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Do you mean something like this from custom scripting?

populate list from database table
