I need some help and advice, firstly I need to know if the following is at all possible.

a) I have a client who wants to create a feedback form. He wants the feedback form to already contain the customer's contact details.

b) He wants to be able to send a link to the form out to the customer, who then will click the link to the form.

c) The customer can then check the contact details and respond if anything is incorrect.

d) The customer then will have several other "feedback" type questions to answer before submitting the final form.

I'm thinking the answer to this is to have an initial form that will populate the second form with the customer contact details. I've been reading this article: www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/r...-different-form.html but was a little confused with Step 2, I'm not sure where I put the link.

Even before I attempt the above (I'm not a coder), how can I achieve part b) (above) ensuring the customer clicks on a link that takes them to the right form with the right contact details, that can be edited and sent back.

Any help and advice greatly appreciated.
