TOPIC: 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying

403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying 3 years 4 weeks ago #41973

I get this error when trying to backup a form:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How can I fix this?

Hello,

From our past experience, this could be originating from the hosting provider, which is most likely running a server-side firewall that's blocking the request. Can you please contact your hosting provider and ask them why this message is showing up? They should be able to inspect their server-side logs and see what triggers it. I suspect they have a firewall that's set too tight.

They'll need:

- The URL (just copy the address from the browser's address bar)
- Your IP address - you can grab it from here: http://www.whatsmyip.org/
- The approximate date and time of the request
