Good morning. I hope this message finds you well. So for two day's I have been attempting to write a query to populate a drop down field with a list of companies from another form submission for selection. I found two writeups on how to do this within the forum however neither suggestion gave me the results I wanted. The query seems to be working as there are blank spaces for each record however the text is not appearing.

FormId 731
Client Information Form
Text FieldName = company

FormId737
Client Order Form
Dropdown FieldName: company
Would like to automatically populate the drop down with the list of companies from FormId 731 using the FieldName company.

When I do this the Client order form dropdown shows a list of empty spaces where text should be. The empty spaces equate to the same amount of records in the Client Information table/form. Please advise as I continue to get the same result based off the two write ups provided. One shows the instructions on entering the //<code> into the specific field and the other gives instructions on entering the code into the php scripts called on Form display. I have entered the code in both places and I have entered the code in either or. Neither solution has given me the result of having the company names from the rsform_submission_values with FormId 731 and FieldName company into my drop down field. Please assist if possible. Much appreciated.
