TOPIC: Error message

Hello,

I updated to Joomla!4 with RSForm! Pro 3.0.19 and since then I get the following alert message when trying to submit a contact request : Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::create: Infinite loop detected. Cannot write to log file. What's wrong with it ?

Hello,

You'll need to make sure that the "Path to Log Folder" option is properly set, you can find it under System > Global Configuration > System tab. You'll also need to check that you have enough permissions to write into the configured location. Afterwards you can test this functionality one more time. If the issue persists, you can go to Components > RSForm!Pro > Configuration > and set to "No" the "Enable Email Logging" option. When this option is enabled, the component will record all email sending attempts to a file named rsform_email_log.php inside your Joomla! Log Path.
