I need a field (form) for surveys that allows website visitors to rank the entries in a list in their respective desired order. Example

Offered list:
Statement_A
Statement_B
Statement_C

A WebSite visitor moves the statements in the list as follows:
Statement_C, then
statement_A, then
Statement_B

Another WebSite visitor as follows:
Statement_A, then
statement_C, then
Statement_B

etc.

Such a field (form) could help me a lot with surveys.

If such a field (form) cannot be provided: How can it be solved with the existing fields (form) plus code?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
