TOPIC: Only selected field value should be submited

Hi everybody.

I do have a a dropdown-field, where i can choose an option.
If i have choosen the option a textfield should appear with an information. If i choose an other option a different textfield address should appear.
Up to here everything is working fine.
If I submit my form the value of all forms will be submittet, but i only want to have, that the choosen fieldvalue will be submited.

Can anybody help me with this?
