Hello - I am using the latest versions of RSForm! Pro and the Payments plugin. I have my form set up and when clicking to submit/pay I am met with a PayPal screen that says things don't seem to be working right now. In the address bar I see that I see to be in Sandbox mode but I have searched everywhere I can find to search and cannot find a switch for Sandbox/Live mode. Can anyone offer some guidance on this?

Hello,

The first thing to check is if your product fields are properly defined, then make sure that your currency code is correct and supported by PayPal (the currency can be set from the general component configuration). Can you please provide us with screenshots of your current configuration or a link to the form in question so we can take a look?

You should be able to set the integration to sandbox or live from the general component configuration as well: RSForm!Pro > Configuration > PayPal or PayPal V2(based on what integration you are using)
