Hello,

I have tried to implement some captcha plugin and none of them works for me. I have website with 'Joomla 5.1.0' and I have installed 'RSForm! Pro 3.3.3' along with the 'plg_recaptchav2-v3.1.3' and 'plg_turnstile-v1.0.1' plugins, both plugins activated and configured:

I have a 'Contact Us' form in RSForm Pro and I have followed the documentation for both plugins, but apparently RSForm Pro does not render captcha fields. In this example with reCAPTCHA v2 I get the following:

Result:

What's wrong, am I missing something to configure or activate?

I am grateful for your help.

Hello,

From the screenshots you have provided, the placeholders used in the layout do not appear to be correct. Please double check the field name and make sure that you do not have any leading or trailing blank spaces. Also please make sure that the field is published.

Another thing you can try is copying your current layout to a txt file as a backup, then re-generate the layout code or use the "Auto-generate layout" option to ensure that the correct field placeholders are used, then test the layout one more time.

Hello Andreic,

Thank you for replying to me.

The HTML is well formed and so are the field tags. I got the Captchas to work, but there was something not working. Apparently, I don't know, it could have been something in the browser cache. Another thing that could have happened is that while I was editing the form in the frontend I was authenticated as Super User, because when I logged out, RS Form stopped displaying the code that was inside the mustaches and I got the reCAPTCHA v2 with a token error.

Something I had wrong, regarding reCAPTCHA V2 is that I had the token but for version 3, I already downloaded the plugin and it worked (I think so):

Interestingly Turnstile from Cloudflare already works as well:

It would be interesting if they added a code editor to facilitate better, the visualization and identification of the auto-generated HTML and customize it to taste.
