please excuse my stupidity but I cannot seem to install the program. The directions say browse to the zip file and upload but I gge a failed to move file error.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Hosae,

what kind of message did you get?

Normally you download your zip file onto your computer and then in the backend choose install and upload the selected zip file.
