I just installed component. I cannot get email notifications to work.
Installed on a test site - email sent to user was OK, did not get admin notification email.
Installed on production site - neither user nor admin email was received.
Form is fine in Submissions database
In both cases I used the sample form and just took out the Header and Footer.
The admin address in both cases is supposed to go to one of my email addresses that I use for test purposes.
The user email was supposed to go to this same test address.

You must fill in all the e-mail fields correctly in order to receive the e-mail. You can customize the e-mail text to match what the user filled in by copying the Quick Add text in the Email text field.
