Hi, please i need some help here, i have been testing the form, and everything seems to be fine,The Admin Email is working properly just by using the Quick Add section... but i can't get the user email sent.


This is how im filling the fields...

USER EMAIL

From: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (this is my admin email)
From Name: Carmelolandia.com
To:{Email:caption}:{Email:value}
Subject:{Tema:caption}:{Tema:value}
Mode: HTML
Message: Bla- Bla-bla-

the Admin Email is working properly just by using the Quick Add section...

The problem is with the fields:
To:{Email:caption}:{Email:value}
Subject:{Tema:caption}:{Tema:value}

I have the same issue and posted it today, lets see what happens. Did you solve the issue?

The "To:" field should only contain the "{Email:value}" placeholder.

I use the Text mode and work it!

I have tried "everything". I can not make my RS Form Pro send an e-mail either to me or the registrant.

I tried to contact the RS Form support but only got a link to information I have alreday read.

I attach an image of my admin configuration. What is missing? What is wrong?

I use Joomla 1.5.9 so far.

I'm having a similar problem. I have my recipient set to {HomeEmail:value}, and it worked once, but I haven't been able to get it to work since.

Just noticed something. I decided to copy and paste the home email value back into the User Email field in the admin, and it looks like at some point in the process, a space is getting stripped out of it.

{Home Email:value}
is turned into:
{HomeEmail:value}

and that is keeping it from going through.
