is there a way to migrate form data from rsform to rsform pro? please forgive me if the answer is here already...i looked and looked:unsure:

There does not seem to be a built-in method.

You could backup the existing tables using the admin account from your provider and then upgrade and then insert the data. I would imagine there are some differences between the regular and pro versions so you would have to take that into account. Depends on how much data you have I guess....

Hello ,

This can be done with RSForm! Pro Migration plugin.
This requires to have both RSForm and RSForm! Pro installed. The migration plugin can be found in Configuration tab

On RSJoomla! channel you can find a video tutorial that explains how to migrate forms from RSForm! to RSForm! Pro:
