None of the validation rules are working. No idea,why its happening in such way..

can you please look at it ??
I also have 2 custom validation rules for ZIPCODE and US PHONE NUMBER in the validation.php

Plz let me know,what can be the problem..

Please install the latest version of the mos_rsform plugin and mod_rsform module.
