TOPIC: How long does it take?

How long does it take? 15 years 10 months ago #7621

I placed an order an hour and a half ago, and received no license code or download information. I then submitted a high priority ticket 45 minutes ago that has still not even been assigned.

I'm starting to think I'm either going to have to build by form in another application, or tell my client that there's going to be a delay.

Has anybody else had this type of experience?

Sorry for your misfortune.
I placed an order this morning, and got immediate confirmation from Avangate, time on the email was at 9:22am. At 9:28 i received the Avangate "Your payment has been approved" email, and at 9:32 I received the account information from RSJoomla. Total time was 10 minutes.

Maybe Avangate have the wrong Email, or your email program dumped it into a "spam" folder?

Or, hopefully you've received everything by now?
