Hi:

Please first see reference site at: protectyourhome.com/.

Is there a way to add an image to an RSForm! Pro form similar to the example site above?

I mean add an image that appears to the left of the form.

Hello,

Yes you can. After you have finished adding the fields to the form you can go to the "Form Layout" tab and unclick the "Auto Generate Layout" option. Now you will be able to edit the form layout and add custom html code to it. Using the html code you will be able to add images and custom style to the layout. Note that if you delete anything from to layout you might delete fields from your form. Also you unclick the "Auto Generate Layout" option before you finished adding all the fields in the form you will have to add the manually.
