TOPIC: Defaul field value

For every form i want a default list by 'File upload-Accepted Files' with the values: JPG, jpg, doc, PDF. So i dont have to fill that in every time. Is this possible and how?

And i aslo want a default value for "Admin E-mails":
- From
- From Name
- To
- subject
