Hi there, i need instructions on how to create a form that has 5 fields and then a total field,

when somone puts a number in each of the first 5 fields the total field needs to update with a running total, this total needs to be displayed on the form page as the user is filling it out, then on the thank you page and then again on the email,

your support is greatly appriciated
