TOPIC: make listings dissapear after certain date

I have a form which submits job offers or requests for a swiss association.
Inside the form is a date field when the job should start.
I display the listings with the listings module. I would like to automatically not show the jobs whos "start date" has passed todays date.
submission form:
www.skipatrol.ch/cms/index.php?option=com_rsform&Itemid=23
Where the "Einstellungsdatum" is the date of start of employment. After that date, the listings should not appear in here anymore:
