Hello,

The form tool is working great for email addresses in the To: field. Unfortunately, a copy of the form submission is no being sent to CC: addresses.

Is there something I need to enable/disable for this to work properly?

Not quite... This was generated due to a bug in the Joomla source code. This was reported and fixed some revisions ago. Please update your Joomla and RSform!Pro to the latest versions and try again.
