Hi

1) I require to record IP address along with other form filds, for every submission.
2) Upon submission , check the IP .If it is unique - save the record , if not do not save. We still have confirmation page loaded , but just do not record it.

By filling the form you get a discount code.So we want people to get codes as many as they like , but collect information from only useful submissions (not just submitted for the code)

Can anybody help ?
