I succeeded in populating a dropdown list from a foreign component table.
The form submits the id_field to the database while showing the name_field.

However in my confirmation email I would like to include the name_field linked to the ID.

I guess I should create a script to fill a hidden field with the name???
Or is there a shortcut?

Any ideas?
