Hello there. Not sure if this is a RSformPro issue - in fact, I'm sure it is not. But I do need some advice on something, I purchased the form - so here goes :)

The form is very easy to create - however, I have an issue with the URL of the form. On my joomla website I'm using SH404SEF.

Now, I have created a link to the form in the normal manner - Menu Manager>MenuName>New>RSFormPro>Form name.

So now I have a menu item for my form, the link for that item is place on the home page. However, when clicking on that link - the URL does not adhere to the SH404SEF standard, which for example, could end in flat-flyers.html.

Instead the URL to the form is;

component/option,com_rsform/Itemid,100012/

That is what you see in the address bar. Now, I'm not experienced enough to figure out why this has happened. On every other menu item that has been created a shortened version of the URL has been produced by SH404SEF - but not when I have used the menu manager to create form.

I have tried to add a customer redirect by adding the link from the menu item - index.php?option=com_rsform - but as you can see, this link does not point directly to the form.

To summarize.

I would like my form URL to be..

www.test.tradecolour.com/Request-Bespoke-Quote.html

instead of how it is at present;

www.test.tradecolour.com/component/optio...sform/Itemid,100012/

The issue is, I cannot seem to add a customer redirect because the link in the menu manager for the form does not point directly to the form, the only string in the link box is index.php?option=com_rsform.

Sorry if this question is confusing. If you cannot answer this, then maybe you can tell me how your form URL is composed, and do I have to purchase another extension to get it working correctly.

Thank you very much indeed.
