TOPIC: Approval Workflow

I am wondering if you can tell me if RSForm can do this.

We would like to implement some sort of a workflow approval.

User1 submits the form. Form is received via email to Peer1.
Peer1 approves the form online. Form is then sent to Manager1 who, only after Peer1 approves, provides a final approval.

The transaction needs to be logged.
