how can I use Custom Fields in Tickets Listings? These fields are not shown in the configuration section of the backend.

You can add custom fields by editing an existing department in Backend , Add a new custom field.

Now I want to show one of those custom fields in Tickets Listings. How can I do that?

This can`t be done with RSTickets! . If you want that you will have to change the code.

I know this is a bit of a technical question, but could someone please give us an example of where to change the code to include the custom fields in the listing and how to do it.

I really would like this functionality and I am sure with a little help i will be able to change the code myself! B)

Hello,

This isnt' a two line modification due to the fact that the custom fields are configurable per department and upon listing the tickets from multiple departments you don't have the same custom fields.
