I have started to use the ticket system on our website and found that it's difficult to know on which tickets a reply is pending. Is there a way to bold the message if the member has submit the last reply, so that we can easily see which ones needs attention?

Hello,

You can easily add a display filter that only displays the tickets that have a "open" status. Note that you can save multiple display filters and you can toggle between them.
