all over the website it refers to trial or "tryout" version. Where the heck is the download? Thanks

Same for me. I'm a registered user , but cannot find any demo or tryout version ....

We do not have a tryout version for RSTickets! . But we do have a demo site where a demo-backend is available so you can test the program. Also you can see there a sample ticket and the documentation of the program. Here is a link to the demo-site:
