Hi,

In a pickle here.

We are using Jomres for our hotel booking system. There are two types of user using RStickets. Guests and hoteliers.

Hoteliers are pre registered in Joomla by ourselves and access RStickets no problem.

Guests have a Joomla username/password created at the time of a booking so they can login to edit this booking if required. This user is deleted on the arrival date of the booking as they no longer need to modify or cancel this booking.
Here lies the problem

If this guest a week before the arrival date asks us a question using RStickets using the same email address that they used to make the booking (very likely), they don't receive a new username/password as they are already registered in Joomla.

Can we have it that the system always creates new user details for guests regardless if they are registered (ie made a booking) or will it mess up the system for hoteliers also?

Alternatively I can't work out if the cron email will fix this problem in that we let guests contact us by direct email...but then I think it runs into the same problem.

Using the cron email pluggin works for me now.
