Are staff members notified by email when a ticket is assigned to them?

And can you explain the process a little.

Hello,

You can select whether a staff member is notified or not by going to Departments > select a department > and go to this option:

Notify staff members when a ticket has been assigned to them (manually)

And change the option to "Yes" .

The notification is done via email with an email that let's the staff member know that a ticket has been assigned to them.
