TOPIC: Where is the 24/7 support

Where is the 24/7 support 17 years 5 months ago #1247

I have had a problem which I emailed about 3 days ago via the form presented to me in RSform and I reported in the bugs section of the forum on Friday so far I have received no answer.

If you are not providing the service 24/7 then do not make the statement and take the money.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

you are not paying for the support. The technical support is free and unlimited. Please tell me if you did not received yet an answer, and if so, please give me your ticket number.
