Hi,

I am creating a form but want it to look as uncluttered as possible. Is there a way to have additional fields appear based on the response a client has provided to a particular question?

For example I simply want the basic form to ask a question like \"have you been previously married?\", should the client respond \"yes\" additional fields appear to ask questions about that previous marriage, if they answer \"no\" nothing happens.

Hello Andrew,

this is possible, but it requires some knowledge of Javascript. Maybe if you can give us more details, we can help you create such functionality. A link would be useful also.
