How long does it take to get the license code? I paid the $10 last
night, did the review (even though I said I had no idea how it worked
since I hadn't used it yet), and emailed Alex (who I guess is the developer),.
I guess he didn't like my review because when I tried to log in to this forum
with my original login info., it said my login was \"blocked\". Does anyone
understand what's up with this guy?

Hello Monylink,

i replied to you 3 times today, but all 3 e-mails bounced back saying your e-mail address is not available. Please give me another e-mail address where i can send you the license info. I also replied to your 2CO account, so please check that too.

Let me clarify the license/review also. When a user want a license for using the program, he has 2 options. 1 is purchasing, and automatically getting the license code if a valid e-mail address is provided. The second option is to try the product(you can download the encoded version of the program, which has a link that says it's a tryout version) and then write a review on the Joomla website. You don't have to do both in order to get the license.

It has nothing with your review, your login was not blocked.. i assume it was never activated(i do not block people from registering on the website). Please let me know if you worked out your problems. Otherwise, i'm here to help you, since this is the only channel of communication we currently have.<br><br>Post edited by: alex, at: 2007/12/03 19:42

Hi.

I have purchased a license key about an hour ago.

Only after that have I gone through the posts and discovered that RSform! version 1.0.4 can hardly be activated.

Is there a way around it? Alex, could you please send me the license info that you are telling Monylink about?

Thanks in advance!

Hi again.

The problem is solved.

I just want to write a post about my experience. Maybe it will help others.

After you purchase RSform!, you are taken to a notification page where it says that you will get an email with your license key within 30 minutes.

Well, I got mine within 2 hours, so be patient :)

Also, don't mistake the payment confirmation email and the codes in there with the license code email. The license code email will come from Customer Support at pimpmyjoomla.com

The license code consists of about 20 digits.

Then you just register/update your triel version (I will not describe the process, as I saw a lot of posts already describing it)

Anyway, good luck everyone!

And Alex, thanks!
