I've tried to get an answer to this to no avail... so I post here.

I have followed all the directions but I'm still not getting the form data emailed to me. I get the submitter's thank you when I do tests but not form data.

Any suggestions from someone else who has had this problem?

Hi,

Please edit your form and make sure that Email form data to: and Email form data from: are not the same and are not empty.

Also make sure that Email subject and Email text are not empty.

Let me know.

I'm having the same issue. My Email form data to: and Email form data from: are not the same and are not empty. What is wrong? Are my spam filters catching it?

I installed the sample data, checked the emails field, and tested, I did not receive anything.

Make sure that in the \"emails\" tab in backend, the \"email text\" field is not empty. use {field_name} to send data to the email address

SOLVED.

RSform! is actually working perfectly. I figured its the PHP mail function that has caused the havoc. The mail settings can be found at the global configuration of Joomla. I simply switched to SMTP server and viola! Notification e-mails are working again!
