Hi there,
I've just bought this on someone's recommendation, and it looked as if it was all going well.
However..!
Once the form is built i can view it but cannot test it. The data is saved as i can view my registration in View Data, but instead of any thankyou or redirect i just get the 500 Internal Server Error.
Any ideas?

I am using RSform on several sites with no problems. I just installed it on a new site I am developing and I got a 500 Internal Server Error also. I get the error on form submission. The data gets stored in the database but the Thank you page doesn't display just the 500 Internal Server Error. I do receive the confirmation email.

I am testing this site on www.mysitename.com/test The RSform is licensed for www.newsitename.com (not real domain names)

I was going to move the site from www.mysitename.com/test to www.newsitename.com after I had finished testing.

Could this error be because RSform is not installed on the domain name it is registered under?

RSform tech support was able to solve my 500 Internal Server Error.

In the Email tab I had entered my email address & also {email} but I didn't have an email field in my form. Stupid mistake on my behalf that I couldn't see even though it was staring me in the face. :blush:
